Who We Are

The Cape Blanco Management Unit, with a main office based out of Humbug Mountain State Park, supports operations for these properties on the Southern Oregon coast in the Port Orford area:
Arizona Beach State Park, Cape Blanco State Park, Floras Lake State Natural Area, Geisel Monument State Heritage Site, Historic Hughes House, Humbug Mountain State Park, Ophir State Recreation Site, Otter Point State Recreation Site, Paradise Point State Recreation Site, Port Orford Heads State Park, Sisters Rock State Recreation Area, & Tseriadun State Recreation Site.

What We Do

Volunteers with Cape Blanco Management Unit provide support in a variety of roles, including: interpretive host, campground host, day-use host, and maintenance host. These properties provide beach access, camping, cabins, hiking, horse camps, fishing, and picnicking opportunities at historical, recreational, and lighthouse properties.
