Who We Are

Champoeg Management Unit supports operations for these properties in the upper Willamette Valley: Bald Peak State Scenic Viewpoint, Butteville General Store, Champoeg State Heritage Area, Molalla River State Park, and some Willamette River Greenway properties.

What We Do

Volunteers with Champoeg Management Unit provide support in a variety of roles, including: day-use, yurt/cabin, visitor center, and maintenance hosts. These properties provide hiking, biking, fishing, river access, picnicking, cabin, and wildlife viewing recreational experiences along with Oregon historical programs.
