Harris Beach Management Unit supports operations for these properties near Brookings along the Southern Oregon coastline: Harris Beach State Recreation Area, Alfred A Loeb State Park, Crissey Field State Recreation Site, McVay Rock State Recreation Site, Winchuck State Recreation Site, Samuel H Boardman State Scenic Corridor, & Pistol River State Scenic Viewpoint

Volunteers with Harris Beach Management Unit provide support in a variety of roles, including: Camp Host, Yurt Host, Cabin Host, Rest Area Host, Day-Use Host, & Maintenance Host. These properties provide beach access, interpretive programs, surfing, fishing, hiking, a campground, cabins & yurts, several viewpoints, and other recreational activities.
