This park was one of the first parcels donated as park land to the Oregon Highway Commission in 1922. One of the few rest stops along Highway 30, you'll find a restroom, monument, and a wondrous Douglas fir forest overlooking the Columbia River.
The Day Use Host provides service for Bradley State Scenic Viewpoint by supporting operations and improves visitor experience by providing direct service maintaining the facilities and grounds, landscaping, and alerting staff to safety issues, facility issues, and major cleaning needs. Time Commitment: Volunteers should anticipate a schedule that includes 20 – 30 hours of volunteer service each week, per host. 5 days a week, with 2 consecutive days off.
