Silver Falls State Park is the kind of standout scenic treasure that puts Oregon firmly onto the national—and international—stage. Its beauty, boundless recreational opportunities and historic presence keep it there.


The Day-Use Host provides service for Silver Falls State Park by supporting landscaping needs, general maintenance, park security, maintaining clean spaces & facilities as well as providing exceptional visitor services. Review the volunteer assignment description for this position here.


Time Commitment: Volunteers should anticipate a schedule that includes Five days a week, approximately 4-6 hours each day, per volunteer. Completed between 6:30am – 12pm with some landscape maintenance approved to occur between 12pm– sunset
