Bullards Beach is a large, family-oriented park located at the mouth of the Coquille River, two miles north of Bandon. The campground is nestled among shore pines and protected from strong ocean breezes. Visitors can enjoy strolling on the beach, riding horses, exploring a lighthouse and excellent fishing and crabbing in the river.
Yurt Host
As a yurt/cabin host
you are responsible for cleaning the interiors and exteriors of yurts, cabins,
and deluxe yurts, performing litter sweeps around yurt/cabin sites, and
cleaning out fire pits. You will also be expected to notify park rangers of any
maintenance and/or items needing repair in the yurts. You will be
responsible for cleaning sites and performing landscape maintenance throughout
the park. This position may include other duties that are not mentioned in this
description.
Maintenance Host
As a maintenance host
you are responsible for cleaning campsites, fire pits, and day use facilities
using hand and power tools, including blowers and weed eaters. This position
may include other duties that are not mentioned in this description.
Time Commitment: Volunteers should anticipate a schedule that includes 20 hours with two consecutive days off.
