Who We Are
Deschutes River Management Unit supports operations for these properties in the North Central Oregon area along HWY 97 and 197: Cottonwood Canyon State Park, Deschutes State Park, Deschutes State Scenic Waterways, Deschutes River State Recreation Area, Heritage Landing, John Day Scenic Waterways, White River Falls State Park, Dyer Wayside, JS Burres State Recreation Site, and John Day Scenic Waterway.
What We Do
Volunteers with Deschutes River Management Unit provide support in a variety of roles, including: campground, maintenance, and day-use hosts. These properties provide camping, hiking, fishing, river access, boating, and picnicking recreational experiences.
